In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Bryan Elliott meets with Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec to discuss entrepreneurship, failure and running a business.

"Great entrepreneurs never stop learning," Herjavec says. Success has no single shape or color -- people just want to see what you have to offer, the investor explains.

Herjavec, who grew up in poverty, shares that his background has made him very protective and defensive. His fear of going backwards was overwhelming and made him think big as an entrepreneur. Once he switched his business mindset to strike a balance between playing offense and defense, he saw his company expand and become more successful.
